UNBELIEVABLE: A SERIES ON THE MIRACLES OF JESUS
SERIES OVERVIEW:
Kids love using their imaginations and playing make-believe! It’s fun to be creative and play with unicorns, dragons, dollhouses and LEGO bricks. But with all the things in our world that are unbelievable, kids need to know what is real and true. They need to know we can trust that God, His Word and the incredible real miracles of Jesus. In this series, kids will learn that God did things that seemed impossible and unbelievable, but those things were very real ways of showing us His power and His heart. This series will teach kids that God cares about us when we are sick, Jesus cares about us when we’re afraid, Jesus can provide for our needs, and Jesus can do the impossible.

You might not be in a storm on the sea right now, but we all have times when we are afraid. We might be afraid of the dark, or spiders, or heights, or getting hurt, or seeing someone we love get hurt.
Jesus never tells us there won’t be storms, but He does promise to He will always be with us and will never abandon us.

PRAYER
Toddler Tips: A toddler needs may have trouble understanding the concept of prayer because they cannot see God. Echo Prayer is a good strategy to encourage and teach kids how to talk to God. The teacher or parent speaks aloud a short segment of the prayer, and the children echo back the same sentence or phrase.
Is there anything you’re scared of right now? Let’s share and pray for each other right now, as we ask God for His help.
Dear God, thank you for always being with us and helping us when we are afraid. Please give us courage and comfort when we’re scared, amen.
