Dear Parents,

We’re so excited for the opportunity to be able to offer GEMS/Cadets ministries again this Fall. Though events will look a lot different that they did last year - we are hoping that all the kids will still have fun connecting with the leaders and with each other .

Please fill out the registration form below if your children would like to take part in our GEMS or Cadets Ministry.

For your convenience if you have children in BOTH ministries you can register all of them on this from!

Payment

Restore DOES NOT require children to pay the suggested registration fee of $25.00/child attending our club ministries. This fee would normally go towards the workbooks, uniforms, crafts/games/activities for the year, the purchase of individual badges, etc. HOWEVER - If you would like to MAKE A DONATION to help offset the cost of the program it would be greatly appreciated.

If you choose to donate you can enclose cash or check (payable to Restore) to our first meeting OR you can click on THIS LINK and designate your donation to go towards GEMS/Cadets.
